The brief
The client required a statement piece for their entry space that immediately reflects their connection to wildlife, nature, and luxury travel. The objective was to create a minimalistic yet deeply tactile reception counter where organic textures meet modern, precise craftsmanship.
Scope of Work
Our team custom-built the signature reception desk featuring a heavily textured, hand-carved front panel inspired by natural skin patterns and organic motifs. We finished the upper capping in a deep, dark timber veneer to create a bold, modern silhouette, while embedding warm LED strip lighting beneath the lip to highlight the rich relief work. The brass-toned base and metallic logo inlay were precisely fitted to give the entire unit an elevated, aesthetic glow.
The finished piece serves as a stunning visual anchor for the space. By combining dark wood tones with warm illumination and relief carving, we delivered an aesthetic artwork and functional desk in one. The final result is a luxury hospitality fixture built with affordable durability and timeless elegance.
