The client required a world-class service center that seamlessly integrates the identities of both Co-operative Bank. The goal was to create a high-functioning, aesthetic space that manages high foot traffic while providing a premium, comfortable atmosphere for customer interactions.
Scope of Work
We managed the comprehensive fit-out, featuring high-contrast joinery and specialized architectural elements. Key highlights include the fabrication of sleek, backlit reception counters with gold-slatted detailing, dark wood-veneer wall paneling, and an innovative perforated acoustic ceiling system. The scope also involved the installation of custom lounge seating and minimalistic teller stations designed for both security and aesthetic clarity.
The completed space is a testament to modern corporate design. The use of deep timber tones against bright, polished flooring creates a sense of stability and luxury. The strategic use of green LED accents and geometric ceiling patterns gives the branch a futuristic edge, ensuring it stands out as a flagship retail location in the heart of Nairobi.
