The client required an interior that celebrated architectural scale and natural materials. The goal was to create a cohesive, aesthetic flow between the living areas using timber as the primary connecting element, ensuring the home felt grand yet warm and modern.
Scope of Work
Our team executed a high-precision joinery package throughout the villa. Key features include a massive, sculptural timber-clad staircase that serves as a central design feature, alongside intricate coffered ceiling systems and seamless wall paneling. We focused on utilizing light-reflective finishes and minimalistic detailing to highlight the home’s expansive volumes while maintaining an affordable and sustainable approach to premium craftsmanship.
The completed Runda residence is a masterclass in structural woodcraft. The integration of the grand staircase with the linear ceiling details creates a powerful aesthetic symmetry. The use of warm, natural timber against the home’s clean white architecture provides a modern contrast that feels both timeless and sophisticated.
